Hey about the sanity check method, can you elaborate on how to do it?
As in I did think of that method, but was stuck on how to divide the students into different areas since Mumbai itself is a high density population area, the approach would be pretty straight forward. Had it been india, we could have divided the school per km square differently for tier 1,2,3 cities and rural areas.

Although I did it in a slightly different way. Dividing the students into income group ( 10% high with 100% attending, 40% mid with 80% attending and 50% low with 50% attending).
And then divided the schools in 3 segments ( school with high tuition fee, mid tuition fee and low tuition fee).
High tuition fee school having 14 classes * 40 students each class * 5 sections
Mid having 14 * 50 * 3
Low having 14* 30 * 2

The sections differ since I've observed that school with a bit high tuition fee have a larger number of sections as compared to other two.

Guys, apologies for the bad sound quality. I just do it for the love of solving guesstimates :D and do not use sophisticated noise cancelling mic or something. But anyway from next time onwards I'll try and ensure that external noise is min.
