Hi dear individual this symptoms can also have multifactorial causes. In my opinion if u see that they Are interfering in your daily life. You should schedule an appointment with a doctor I wish you all the best. But don't wait for too long

@@manuelperezruizdiaz9418 I have multiple forms of neuropathys... In addition to the cognitive decline. I've tried talking to Drs But end up ignored or being dismissed with comments like, oh that's part of getting older. But I swear the level of cognitive disconnect and memory retention is not normal. I work at subway. A customer might get asked the same question 2-3 times maybe more depending on how many interrupts I have while trying to remember the order. Type of cheese? If it's toasted? Or even if I've asked that person that question within the last 30 seconds. My working short term memory is the worst how ever my long term has just as many issues. I need to find a Dr who won't gas light me and will take my concerns more seriously. I already limit myself when counting money at work as well...

I don’t want to discount your symptoms and urge you to see a doctor about this ASAP, however, all of these symptoms could be caused by unrelated factors-for instance, I’m incredibly forgetful but that’s attributed to my ADHD. For another example, loss of spontaneity or taking longer to complete tasks could be due to underlying depression. I’m not saying that you should ignore your symptoms-on the contrary, you should always be your own best advocate. However, you are incredibly young to be dealing with the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s-NOT that it can’t happen! It certainly can, but it’s much more uncommon at your age. Please be sure to get evaluated by your primary care doctor and maybe get a psychiatrist referral ❤

Why do you seem so upbeat about Alzheimers?

I was wondering the same thing. Such an odd affect for a serious subject.

      Ignorance is bliss!
Also, maybe it's a tough thing to talk about and so people have to try to add some levity to the subject.
Which is why military, first responders and trauma victims often have the most brutal sense of humor.

Stop eating meat and take ashwaganda root as a natural herbal treatment during the night for a couple of months and take Maca root during the day. Gotta stop eating meat which causes mucus in the brain and rest of the body. You need to eat mostly fruits and veggies and brain food like legumes and if you must have meat then only do fish 🐟🐠. No stress! Now, do you have what it takes for the change?

Those same symptoms may also be caused by something other than Alzheimer. Your assumption as a health coach is that these signs show Alzheimer. You need a doctor to make that determination, not some uneducated health coach who isn't a licensed medical professional

Agreed. I just wrote in another comment that these symptoms could very well be due to underlying depression or ADHD or a multitude of other things.
