I have thought the same also, I’ve watched many videos and sadly they wear no PPE, no masks esp working in all that dust, power, wood shavings, etc., I hope and pray someone will organize a fund so that they can at least have protective personal equipment. These ppl have to be the hardest workers and extremely underplayed ppl that I know (I’ve seen videos of children working and that is so heartbreaking…It makes me think of my grandson whom I am proud to say just graduated from Police College at the age of 22 (after taking 2 years of police foundations, then going to the PoliceAcademy for another 6 months, he was the “baby” in his pod of 20 other officers, sorry to brag…but my point is that we are so fortunate). If I can help just 1 young person to achieve a better life, then my life has not been wasted. But where to start? Can I trust in the system? The work looked so crude at the beginning, but by the time it got to the finished product I was greatly impressed... especially with all the work being done by hand.

Эмаль зависит от конкретного состава, но там обычно ничего опасного так же нет, максимум соли металлов, но довольно безопасные... тут беда только с количеством вдыхаемого.
Больше 10 лет работаю на складе сантехники и таких моделей не видел. Красиво конечно и ребята молодцы, знают своё дело. Но эта красота весит по 50 килограмм, наверняка, а это уже не очень хорошо. Лучше, по моему мнению, всё таки, когда бачок смыва отдельно. И просто и практично.
Уже лет 8 сижу на подобном, причём даже не прикручивал к полу, стоит как трон. Что забавно покупал за 8 косарей, что всего-то раза в полтора-два дороже самых дешевых.

Excelente trabalhadores, estão de parabéns, trabalha com vontade, dar o melhor de si, é uma pena que não usam os equipamentos de segurança que o trabalho exige, colocando suas saúdes em risco.
O mais incrível disso tudo é a falta de equipamento de proteção desde o início do processo: máscaras, óculos de proteção, bota, luva e etc...

Ну после литья чугуна в 10-ти см от босой ноги, меня не удивляют они... как и сварка без защиты глаз и тд.
То что тут это почти безопасно, обычная глина. Эмаль зависит от конкретного состава, но там обычно ничего опасного так же нет, максимум соли металлов, но довольно безопасные... тут беда только с количеством вдыхаемого.
Эмаль - скорее всего на водной основе состав, собственно в эмаль он превращается уже в печке, когда расплавляется.

Больше 10 лет работаю на складе сантехники и таких моделей не видел. Красиво конечно и ребята молодцы, знают своё дело. Но эта красота весит по 50 килограмм, наверняка, а это уже не очень хорошо. Лучше, по моему мнению, всё таки, когда бачок смыва отдельно. И просто и практично.

And this is why overseas manufacturing is so much cheaper than domestic. Because we have labor laws and unions to protect the workers which costs the manufactuerer more so they charge more.

I remember back in the 70's and 80's all alone Van Dyke there hundreds of sm, med & LG buildings filled with people working and making all sorts of products similar to these guys. Now it's all being made in mega factories in China. I'm glad to see that India is still employed.
