oh, dear...All the "technologies" or processes you have seen in this video are imported from china....The company owner may be Chinese-Vietnamese...
They import everything from raw materials to technical production machinery from China to Vietnam, with just enough percentage to change the C.O.O (Country Of Origin) from made in china to "made in Vietnam" to fool the world...

Bought a luggage bag made in vietnam during clearance sale. Its a bargain cos when i bought size '28 for under 20 AUD, i was caught off guard thinking why the luggage bag was slightly heavy when i lug it home. Then i realised the sales women actually placed size '24 and '20 luggage bag inside it. Thinking it might be a mistake i went back and discovered i didnt noticed a sign stated 2+1 luggage bag for that dirt cheap price. Thank you vietnam for making such a durable luggage bag. Almost 3 years and its still holding with just slight scratch marks and black rubber stained (due to the conveyor belt scuffing during check-in). Managed to find the replacement wheels for one of the luggage as the current one are almost going to be non rolling soon.😂

Definitely have a greater respect for luggages now . I also see that piecing the two hard cases is very important , it's what determines the luggage 's ability to hold up after all the travelling. I'm not sure if this is the standard way of joining two pieces , it seems like going through 1 round of stitching isn't so strong. However these look so beautifully made. Thank u for the video.

This is a well designed product. Simple to manufacture, lightweight and functional. Especially since luggage breaks all the time in planes. Even expensive ones. I don´t see any reason why one should by a 500€ suitcase.

Yes for a brand name which also made in third world countries like VN , China , ….. they still cost hundreds of dollars and workers have a monthly wages around 200 dollars .

I disagree. I travel constantly for work and have flown multiple millions of miles and I almost always check luggage. Legitimate expensive brands last much much longer. Part of the cost goes into making better parts, from wheels, to handles, to zippers. I have a Samsonite that lasted me 4 or 5 years of non-stop weekly travel - that piece has probably flown closed to 1 million miles. When it needed a new wheel and waiting for parts, I bought a cheap luggage like the ones in the video but it didn't even last one trip. I think people need to start to think about the environmental impact of these cheap luggage that are being disposed of. They use nearly same amount of raw material as better made ones, but they don't last and have to be discarded much much much sooner than they should.

@@_w_w_I agree with you. I don't get why many people are facinated by cheap items when they are very disposable and cause much harm to the environment because of their disposability. It's like buying many luggages instead of just a few, good ones.

@@mm-vg1ld Unless these factories directly pass on their profits to their floor workers, that would make no difference.
Most of these factories operate with razor thin margins and the real profits are made by the brand sellers. And of the profits to the factory it would be to the owners first and to increase production capacity for better profits. Only the bare minimum to keep them in operation are often done.
If all of us buy it for twice the listed price, very little of it would end up with the type of workers we see here.
