This mod looks awesome af! I really love how you actually made the livery based on the real life Miami-Dade PD and added FHP for higher tier units as well! Also nice that you transferred assets from Unbound as well. Would have been nice tho that you also added the Explorer police units maybe for Heat level 2 or 3 and up as well. Nonetheless this is a pretty good mod, keep it up!
This makes me miss the multi-agency chases from the Black Box era. On Xbox, I made my own version of the FHP livery (as the fictional Palm City Highway Patrol) but made a point to give the "police" and "state trooper" text a metallic finish so they look retro-reflective at night. Perhaps you can try something similar in the next update? Maybe with the night time units...

The perfect alternative Mod to Project Unite
I actually prefered this over unite in terms of graphics, it's fixes the flaws of Heat's graphics without changing much of the original atmosphere
