Here are some cool features I would love to see in a need for speed game. *Party map creation. Everyone votes on the waypoints and then you can make an infinite amount of tracks. *Organizing your garage and car in a more game oriented way. I understand that the car is expensive to render but it would be cool if you could customize your garage and get out of your car so you can see your character more. And then you can arrange your cars however you want.
29 isn’t the best way to get Rep. Just do the Speedtrap on the raceway, at least doing that you don’t risk losing an hours work because you botched a jump.
The issue is that doing any Event (speedtrap, drift zone, jump, etc.) eventually draws police attention. I haven't fully tested the numbers, but Speedtraps seem to be more likely to draw police to that location if you trigger it (akin to the "cool down" time after you Escape a pursuit).
To be honest, i have tried out and noticed that even if you manage to fail the jump at the raceway you have to do it like 3~4 times on accident to have your car significantly damaged (not considering any upgradable resistance mods at the garage). Also the jump event mentioned is an ideal place since cops will have a hard time catching you if you just keep on lapping the raceway while doing it, i used it like 5~6 times and spent like an hour in total on it and went from level 15 to 41 and felt like it can be a pretty useful "tool" for leveling up as mentioned in the video.
I wanna add that you can fast travel to the garage from anywhere if you don't have heat, not just daytime. So at daytime, if you get into a chase, or get any a mount of heat, you can't Fast Travel to the garage. At nighttime you can Fast Travel to the garage from anywhere if you don't have heat, which means you can have a night stroll if you don't bother the cops, or complete any events. (doesn't apply to activities to a certain extent since those give you rep at night) Something minor but I just wanted to point that out.
I wondered why there were drag wheels, but no drag races. Still wondering, but noticed that, in addition to making turning all but impossible, the wheels enable easy wheelies. In the Regera, no less. Thanks for posting this. I'd been wishing for a way to sell my cars. Now if only there were a way to change parts on the fly.
If you remove all customization, it reverts your car to stock and the license plate is switched to Fortune Valley one from Payback, which can not be installed normally. Seems to work on every car.

The jump AND the speed trap in the Speedway not only gives you infinite rep, but it also helps with raising the heat level without having to go out and do races. Only do the jump and speed trap (they don't reset after activation which is cool), and then head over to a Heat 5 race. You've basically earned the same (even more) rep points as if you've raced Flying Dutchman and then Winx. On a side note, you don't have to worry about the cops finding you in the Speedway (minus the chopper). Because you didn't start any race, the game didn't spawn any cops (except for the ones that are already there on Heat 0) [my guess]. They aren't going in there unless they're chasing you and you went in there yourself. The AI's pathfinding are only limited to the oval (for the daytime race). Luckily, they aren't programmed to go in and out the area so if you managed to push a traffic car inside without making them stop, changes they'll just go around the oval. Let's all benefit from these tips and tricks until they get sent to the shadow realm. We already got hit with the "not being able to use modded cars and performance online" update. Let's not stop there. 😂

I farm all the rep I can at heat 5, until I have no more repairs left. Then I go to one of the 5 spots on the map, where you dont have to do much and they just leave you alone. Top 2 are in the port and the mall. For the port just use one of the ramps to get on top of the shipping containers and wait. Mall use the ramp in the parking structure and wait there too. Even if the helicopters up you'll lose em. If you make at least 100,000 wihich isnt hard at all (you can do Waaay more) you'll end every night with over a million rep. I just do the heat 3 and 5. Which takes 20 mins at most. Boom. Million.

I have played so far 6 hours of Heat and its way better than the last two just because of how much harder the cops are and the overall story. BUT I know it suffers from the same longevity issues with a ghost city of no traffic and pedestrians or any cockpit view.
The only thing that I've hated about this game was the controller set up for manual transmission. The L1 and R1 shit bugs me.. oh and to initiate a drift they have you double tap the gas to start drifting? The live tuning option isn't much better.
In Forza you'd have to time everything perfectly right to open photo mode right when your car's spitting flames. In NFS your car's spitting flames whether you like it or not lol.
Need for speed yeet is such a good race I especially love the high yeet races like the ones that you need to be yeet level 3 or yeet level 5 to unlock the high yeet performance parts sometimes when your in a cop chase on yeet level 5 your plans get very sweaty and you really start to feel the yeet

You can actually go to the garage through the pause menu at night as long as you haven’t done anything other than drive around, so no races or chases
