Phil , you gotta let us know the truck/rig details also please (lockers, tire sizes, gearing, engine upgrades, alternator and battery set ups, etc) love your videos brother you inspire many of us
That is an exceptionally clean, spartan design - exactly what is most needed in off grid camping. The only item missing is a couple windows to ease its use if the top is not raised. Dropping the side panels will substitute for a window if it's not too cold, windy, buggy, or a driving rain.
Goose Gear makes awesome products! That was one super clean tricked out F150 loaded with some of the best Goose Gear stuff! I love it but I can’t afford it right now! It’s still awesome being able to see someone else’s rig done right!
Awesome rig, Brian! To me this looks like the ideal combination of enough space in camp, and still small and light enough to go on any trail it will fit! The only limitation I could see is a really narrow shelf road, but I think it will still go through the "squeeze" on the Lippincott Road in Death Valley, which is a good test. The other point that stands out is versatility: Great when you can fit bikes inside on one trip, and then re-install the bench when you go with a bigger group and might need some more interior seating space at the trailhead, let's say for your next backcountry skitour! Of course, we expect no less from gear experts like Goose Gear... ;-)
Thanks for the review. It would be nice to have learned some of the additional technical details like: what, if any, type of flex mount does 50Ten use/recommend/require to mount camper to truck frame (hydraulic; shocks, bump stops, springs?) ; why did the owner go Ford SuperCab instead of SuperCrew?; did the owner regear or tune engine for increased power/torque?; what type of mpg does owner get on highway/paved roads w/ the 50Ten installed? General comment: I think the vast majority of prospective purchasers of the 50Ten (and all of these large, tray-based systems) would want a quick/easy to set up desk height work station "thought into" the design, where one can sit with feet under a tabletop at desk height to do computer work and projects. The only thing shown in the video was sitting on the passenger side bench and leaning over the edge of the bed platform to work. Possiby, the driver's side can be configured for a work station...? Anyways, really nice rig overall. Very spendy though: with tires; wheels; suspension upgrades; the camper + upgraded tire storage and gear lockers; GooseGear plate and drawer systems; Espar; solar; and truck, you are well over $100,000. Thanks.
One of the best rigs I’ve ever seen very nice. Good combination of being equipped yet light weight and not to long. Would love to know what total cost is or lol maybe I don’t want to know haha

Wow! I thought Brian's Tacohoma with the AT habitat was amazing! This is way better. Brian,: why did you choose the F350 vs a Tundra? Thanks for another great vid!
I'm kind of speechless, as this build is so out of reach for the average person. I'm over watching these reviews, if anything they are discouraging. the suspension, truck, battery system, water, lights, wench, imported from Germany, even the bumper..on and on..Does anyone go out in simple trucks anymore ? And Goosegear is expense as hell !! Not for the average person at all.
Definitely doesn’t seem conducive for the lifestyle of people who put theirs together and enjoy the process, and do it to save money and not be in debt. Guys like this come across as “more money than sense” and just wanna glamp.
Check out some of the pictures of it rom Expo. Her had a sofa on the left side with storage below. I think they fit 4-6 people inside. I agree though, without the sofa unit in, it does look empty. Sound like on these short local trips they plan on being mostly outside and would prefer the storage?

Goose Gear is seriously doing it better than anyone else in the game. So sick.
ahhhh to be organized
This might be one of my favorite walk arounds ever.
Ridiculously awesome rig! Thanks for the walk around. Good to see how it performs with that Carli suspension on there. A true full-sized mobber.
BRAVO!!! BRIAN!!!
Fantastic design wizardry, equals opulent comfort. It's all there.

I have a general question, what tires do you run on your vehicle? I want to replace mine with the best All Terrain tires.
T,
Best for mud?
Best longevity?
Best sidewall?
Best deflated?
Best puncture resistant?
Best warranty?

Hello
Grown men RV for those who can’t stand RV resorts.
I know that guy....
Kind of an odd setup, like living in a storage unit. Not much furniture or living space inside.
