I had to drink half the bottle the night before and half the morning of. I can tell you the second day was 100 times worse than the night before. I actually couldn't keep it down. The next time I will drink most of it the night before. This stuff is disgusting.

I agree ...the first time I ever did it .they suggested to do the whole jug the night before ...this time they told me to split it
.the next morning I could barely get the rest down lol hahhaa
