      If I can do it I know you can do it. I had a lot of nails left and I was concerned about the integrity of the frames but after the bees built honeycomb on them and got the propolis all over them they’re solid I’m very happy with my purchase and I think you will be too

    what are your thoughts on using something like a hair dryer to melt that excess wax around the dovetails and then putting the box sides together?

      @@ozarkshomesteadandfarm I am going to try it when I assemble my Hoover hive and I will let you know. Overall how do you like this hive after having it for a while?

      The hive is great, love the look over painted hives and it’s sturdy even after me assembling it! I think it’s due for another coat of wax though.

      @@ozarkshomesteadandfarm awesome....I am excited about trying mine....been watching your videos all afternoon, thanks for them....can't believe that buckeye tree was toxic to bees!! I get my bees early May...fingers crossed, I am in Taos, NM...so bee keeping at 7,000' should be interesting.
