120 bpm is a harmonic of our brain waves, so we get into a "groove". There was an article in Scientific American about the hazards of 120bpm with strobe lights.
sped up to 1.25, it puts it in 2|4 sped up to 1.5, it puts it in 3|4 sped up to 1.75, it puts it in 7|4 sped up to 2.0, we're back in 4|4 very odd but pretty cool lol
im too broke to afford a watch that tells me my heart rate, so whenever im having a medical episode, i pull these up and feel my pulse to make sure im not dying ✌😗
