Honors is a distinction you can get during one of your clinical rotations, usually during your third year in medical school. It is based on a combination of things, mostly from getting a high score on a shelf exam (end-of-rotation exam) and getting an excellent evaluation during your rotation.

they dont really look at IMG grades, just get a normal MSPE and you are good
