I mean, come on, tell me you don't cringe every time the A.I. voice says he word "Pppeeaarrlllsssss" Andrew Pidor ! Use your real damn voice!!!
@ Vercin getorix 4 It has nothing to do with the political climate. Rather, the climate of the Earth that formed these "stones" and the superior craftsmanship, the stunning quality. I can't even imagine thinking politics when viewing these, beyond the look on Empress Farrahs' face as she views the magnificence of these "pieces". Their opulence was undefinable. The video it self was an old one and with permission i was able to use it and created my story around it. In one account Sir Arpels mentioned that when they where making the jewelry for the royal regalia the bank showed them the entire collection underground of the bank it was a second vault that was not for public eyes. The second voult contains larger volumes of all the jewelry you can imagine. Sir Arpels mentioned that it was the biggest and largest collection in the world. So as the story goes.
I had the once in a lifetime opportunity to see all those priceless jewels during my short visit to Tehran in 1968, before the revolution. They were safely displayed inside the huge vault of the Central Bank of Iran. I think I paid an entrance fee of just $7.50 at that time.
