    Yum!! This sounds delicious! Keeping some of those jalapeno seeds in would have made this a bit spicier. Oh my goodness, all I can think of is how good this would be on some tacos! 😊

    I love this idea. I been wanting to make a big tub to keep by me since I'm bedridden. I'm the type of bedridden that want to do all kinds of quick recipes during crisis when everyone else is running around. I want to have hotdogs covered in this and mustard with popcorn popping in whirley pop and sweet tea in mini fridge to calm my house down until I can do it on a larger scale God willing.

    Thank you for sharing. I don't have a lot of experience fermenting other than helping my grandmother make things like sauerkraut and pickled corn. This sounds amazing and is something I definitely would like to try.

    I was just thinking that this summer I want to make taco salad suppers and this sounds like the perfect topping! I'm excited about this collaboration. I've dabbled in ferments, but never really gotten as much into it as I'd like.

    Just wanted to come back and tell you that I made this and I love it! My husband isn’t a fan but that doesn’t surprise me. He’s a very picky eater. I love it though. I let mine go for 6 days and then put in the fridge. I’ve been enjoying a good size serving every day. Thanks so much

    I've made fermented cabbage one time, and ate a spoonful a day for it's goodness! This sounds better, since it has more ingredients 🙂

    I need to get some of those "pebbles". I have been using a plain old rock that I harvested from the street ( and obviously cleaned up ). I've also used a baggie full of water. But those " pepples" should work even better.

    I think this would be a great ferment to start with since it's do quick! I think I can remember to burp this one for 3 days 😂😂 And I love cabbage anything!

    I love Curtido! I put it in white rice and scrambled eggs like you would do with kimchi fried rice. I also like it with shredded chicken or pork. The Masontops kit is awesome too. I was on the fence about purchasing it and finally did it, love using the set.

    I need to get some fermenting weights, I usually just use ziplock baggies with brine to hold everthing down. This looks yummy, thanks for sharing.
