@@resw5394 I'm from the USA that is considerably inaccurate. It isn't simply majority rule. We have States with their own laws as well as Federal Statutes. Federal Statutes can't be simply overturned by majority rule nor are they supposed to be ignored as such policies are supposed to truly dictate the basic laws of all within the borders to which all are sworn to uphold and defend.
That said, if Federal Statutes were to be truly challenged the amount of challenge to them aren't simply done in one election cycle. It would potentially take at least 2 or 3 full election cycles by all of the territories to block and or put in place the people to overturn such laws. This continuously creates a minority of popularity so that overtime nothing is done in a rash way and gives society time to reflect on what is going on at the elected level especially in regards to blocking or approving legislation. That doesn't mean our elected leader's or those hired to protect our freedom's have always done so. The difference is we never gave them the power to truly take away what they've sworn to defend. Unfortunately we don't always hold them accountable either especially in regards to actually preserving our rights freedoms including consequences for the attempts at removing such. One of my favorite quotes.
"What is popular isn't always right what is right isn't always popular". Our founders ensured some minority rights. It took a few hundred years to convince society including through war we should all be considered equal worthy of the same rights no matter gender color of skin and or religion.

Index crimes refer to offenses considered as serious in nature with sufficient frequency and regularity citing murder, homicide, rape, robbery, carnapping, physical injuries, and eight other special complex crimes.

Majority of the country voted against the her party and now she’s talking about freedom of speech because she never stops talking malice and lies about the current government, and people stopped listening to her, and she’s crying out freedom. CNN Philippines most trusted media outlet
Posted by PUBLiCUS In Pahayag, Press Release 0 comment
Aug 3, 2021, PUBLiCUS Asia Inc has just released its second quarter poll, conducted from 13-19 July 2021. It is a nationwide purposive sampling survey comprised of 1,500 respondents drawn from a research panel of approximately 100,000 Filipino registered voters maintained by a Singapore-based firm.
With the fierce battle for viewership, most traditional news outlets have diversified their businesses to include online channel - from just mirroring their main channel, to now a stand-alone business. The first to adapt always gets an advantage, but credibility is built with consistency, fair and balance news.
And with a 60% high trust, CNN Philippines captures the high trust rating top spot. GMA7 and Philippine Daily Inquirer round-up the top 3 spots as the most trusted media outlet.
While Rappler and ABS CBN (online) garnered the highest total low trust ratings.

It is not about how inteeligent she is. It's about her telling lies using her intellect as a tool in diverting the main issues why she was being sued and later found guilty not by the Philippine Government but by an ordinary citizen which she partially damaged the guy's life using a wrecking ball of lies, made accusations through a news media that she actually own. How can she even say she is being deprived of Freedom of Speech when she is travelling all over the world promoting and telling bad stories and unbelievably bad reputation about our country for the past 2 decades. She is supposed to be in jail by this time because she was found guilty but clearly, she is free to roam around the world making the USA and Europe as her personal backyard.
