cyber libel for wrongfully
maligning an innocent victim
and got convicted for it. But,
she turned the story around and still trying to wiggle her way out the the mess she got herself into by making another false claim: that the case is a political harassment against her and the press freedom in the Philippines.
The western press made a hero
of her but she never got jailed
for her relentless attacks against
the Philippine government.

Paano naging guilty sa cyber libel si Ressa when the Regional Trial Court of Manila, Branch 24 issued an order in open session last August 10, 2021 dismissing the case against Rambo Talabong and Maria Ressa matapos mag submit ng affidavit ang complainant na si Ariel Pineda na nagsasabing hindi na siya interesadong ituloy ang demanda. THE CASE WAS DISMISSED! Kung guilty talaga si Ressa bakit hindi ikinulong? Paki explain nga yung sinasabi mong cyber libel conviction ni Ressa? Kasi ang alam ko pag may criminal conviction, may consequences tulad ng pagkulong or pagbayad ng multa. Ressa served nothing. No jail time, no fines.
