Catherine Williamson thank you Catherine, so glad you are both enjoying the videos and learning more about wildlife too!! See you next week with more!! 🐍🐍
That’s Amazing! Although you had bitten by any animal but you are so kind and gentle with them. I love your energy and all of your wildlife animal contents! Followed you. Cheer it up! and Push it up!!
Para my beautiful state, but living in the UK for the last 13 years ☺️ you are soooooo brave 😱 are you still in Brazil? Missing the weather 😄 love from Ana xx
Oh man this is great! I think this might be your best anaconda video folks! How many anacondas were captured? Was it 3 or 4? Well shot, edited, in an interesting place, with real wild anacondas. Doesn't get much better than this! Would not want to be bitten by those big constrictors! Hope your hand is healing up from the bites Jack.
Thank you Ian, I love this video too, we had a great time editing it! We actually over the course of a few days tagged 23 snakes, but this outing we had 6. Yes, I must say, that big female bite was the worst bite I have ever had from a snake. Funny thing is, it's still not as bad as you might think as jaw pressure isn't huge (as long as you clean the bite properly for potential infection...). I got used to anaconda bites, they are almost impossible to calm down, unlike most other snakes!
Gosh you are one BRAVE person. We see water moccasins her in Houston in George Bush park. They are aggressive and we give them a wide path. But being what they are, they will just come after you if provoked..... My cousin decided to pull ones tail in the middle of a trail, but luckily it went the other way. We did video that and I should put it on my TH-cam. Yours is another interesting video I will post for others to see
Hey Jack. My name is Vitor Frare and I am from Brazil. I always go to my grandfather’s farm to look for animals. There is a rumor in the town that a green anaconda lives in the town river. My grandfather and I never believed in this tale until my uncle saw it one day. My grandfather and I are exploring the river to film this beautiful snake for my channel. We found nothing so far. Do you have any tips on finding a green anaconda? Thanks!
Jesus was my favorite as a kid as well. Being able to not only have my anaconda at my house, in a very beautiful large enclosure haha don't worry, and she's getting a 16x13x8 in the next 4 or 5 years with a 2000 gallon pond. But for now she's in an 11x6x6 with a 500 gallon pond. At 8 and 1/2 ft and 16 lb. Anyway I'm sidetracked being able to speak with him as an adult has been a dream come true. He's a very very friendly guy and loves anacondas. I'm trying to see if I can do something like you've done here. I unfortunately don't have very good camera equipment but if I could go down for a week and visit my family in venezuela, and film with him while he's down there, that would be absolutely wonderful. I don't even care if anybody sees it. Just to be able to go down there and actually catch them in the wild and see their environment compared to what they're in in captivity many times that would be a dream come true so it definitely fingers crossed. If you want to go back, maybe we can both go down together haha.
She seems to be really gentle. Jesus himself said in his documentary that it takes at least three people to restrain an adult female anaconda. You won't be able to sling a health female adult on your shoulders like that. They average at 50 kilos.
Thanks for watching Phoebe!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to handle any wild snake, unless they have the right experience and need to do so for science or rescue or similar. In terms of handling snakes, wearing gloves (for me) there is loss of control and feeling which actually avoids more accidents (in my case anyway). People can laugh at me for not wearing gloves, which is fine (!), but I take a measured risk and it isn't to look macho! Accidents definitely happen and yes I get bitten from time to time. I still love 'em though!
Wow, you are one brave man and that female annoconda was one giant snake! Loving the videos and learning more about wildlife. 🐍
