She starts with a shake in the morning, right before lunch she starts being really hungry and eat a little bit of fruit of a bar or something like that, for lunch something yummy like chicken and salad or vegetables with quinoa, and at night she eats whatever she wants but with portion control she says. Dinner only she eats a good meal with her kids. The key is USING portion control. Wow!!! If you practice portion control you do not need to deprive yourself of your any food you enjoy, like rice and bean with steak in moderation she says. She focus on achievements and doing the right thing is the conclusion. But we need money and motivation, too. That is it. Now you know.
