I liked that you pointed out that the number of homes in 2000 Toronto are substantially lower than today and the low sales figure is actually much worse than the data indicates. My money is on substantially higher inventory if that white dotted line continues its trend. If I had a second property I’d want to sell as soon and quickly as possible before all those delisted homes get relisted again.
