This is one of the most stressful skin tutorials I've seen but it still managed to end up looking pretty nice lol

I am very afraid of giving heat to theses kind of products cause a shop keeper did this to hp laptop and ruined it's fingerprint and made the skin from silver to yellowish from the burns
I cried after this process in the shower for 2 hours, but finally looked good

Please don’t remove the vinyl from the 3m paper like that, Instead slowly peel some then adjust your grip, As if you do it the way the video says you have a chance of stretching the skin or even tearing the skin.
Just arrived and about ready to install. I'm sure I'll screw it up somehow.

Nice tutorial (except for the music 😜) it would be great if you could add holes for the 4 middle screws on the back as it is needed to open the deck (to change ssd, fan, batteries,...)

I absolutely love your skin, the only thing holding me back is I want to completely cover the front of my steam deck white, unfortunately you left the grip space empty, by any chance I can cut a shape out of the residual material and put it on the grips, that is the whole sticker has adhesive?

These skins are very good and super easy to handle - i went with another one after a playvital, and became crazy, so i go back to playvital again and my origin i had ^^
I ordered a skin and some other accessories, it’s says shipped for more than a week now and the only update is : “carrier received shipping info”. Why is this taking so long ?. I sent an email to PlayVital and haven’t receive a response.
I managed to put on the skin but my case was tearing off the top part so I removed that bit
skins are awesome but got the rubber grip pads for the buttons and triggers came out nice

minor question - do we have to follow this tutorial? i would find it easier to just align the decal with the buttons instead of using the "half-tear" technique
The "half-tear" teachnique is a safe way to apply it successfully, but if you can do it in your way, then let's do it
I highly recommend putting on a glass protector first BEFORE applying a skin lol 😂

The colorful triangle skin you guys sell is apparently mismatched on the front and back of the deck. The colors don't match up correctly and are reversed. I wanted to buy a set, but this stopped me from purchasing. Any plans to fix this skin?

emmm honestly, every skin have this issue, but we don't wrap the grip parts so it's fine

You skipped the hardest part, the rounded hand grips
Do not get a skin from this company because there are no holes for the screws in the middle so if you were planning to take the back of you would have to peel the skin off to get to the four middle screws.
Sure be nice if what they provided the customer was scored like the one they used for this tutorial .... remember, always provide the customer with a different product than what you use to make your tutorial useless
