    Hey kronovi, I just learned this off of your tutorial and I’d like to thank you for that. I’m a frequent guest on the top 100 leaderboards and I think I may have a bit of an enhancement to your tutorial. You mentioned it taking many hours to master but it only took me about a minute. And I’m not here to brag. I think if you break it down like this:
    1. Jump
    2. Turn your car in the air and keep holding it down so you start a frisbee motion
    3. Air roll (opposite way via a keybind)
    4. Hit x again before your flip runs out
    in that specific order it will be a lot easier for people to learn rather than say to hit it all at the same time.
    The quicker you execute this before letting go, the less your car frisbee turns during your stall. Understanding that there is a sequence that can be executed makes it much easier to learn.
    I personally have air roll right on SQUARE and it allows me to roll my thumb from square to x to finish executing the sequence I also realized why it may be extra difficult for u to have learned. You may want to lower your DODGE dead zone to .40 so that your dodge can be activated more easily so that you can go from step 2 to step 3 way more quickly. On your settings you pretty much have to floor your stick down to execute the dodge, making the mechanic slightly more difficult for yourself. This also why your “360” is a crutch for you. It’s because you subconsciously begin the frisbee motion before air rolling. It’s bringing this sequence into the equation unconsciously. Hope I helped.

    I was one of the first people to do a "perfect stall." I did it in like season 3 where I watched JHZER do a helicopter stall and I was like how the hell did he do that? I taught myself the helicopter stall because there were no tutorials, I figured out you could do this kind of thing where it was almost a perfect stall but you kinda wiggled around a teeny bit. It's so cool to see how it's progressed and tbh I never thought it would be useful until now but people like Muirie have sure proven that wrong!

    As offensive capabilities continue to improve, so will defensive ones. The only thing is, defensive improvements occur in reaction to offensive ones. This relationship is exactly like a shadow defense, your movements are in reaction (sometimes prediction to) your opponent. I don't think a player who can chain together several controlled stalls will be unstoppable. It will be hard to adjust, sure, but players are already adapting to air dribble bumps.
    I think those will be the hardest shots to save for the next few years in one-on-one situations. But with stalling, the defense will adapt all the same.

    • @NormalFox
      @NormalFox 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Satisfied Onion
      true, however in any competitive situation, going for more than 2 flip resets is just excessive and not really practical at all

    • @SatisfiedOnion
      @SatisfiedOnion 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@NormalFox If players can become consistent and actually get the ball where they want it, it will become viable in competitive. The biggest thing is just control. Right now, even a second flip reset is extremely difficult to control, but that's because it's still new to the player base.
      I agree, right now it is not a viable tool, because its sloppy to execute. But as time goes on, it'll be under more control, *potentially*. Whether that actually happens or not I don't know

    • @skinnybuggo

    The easiest way is if you put air roll left on R3. First of all u can cancel your backflip and click on R3 while doing that to get an even easier half flip. To stall you just need to focuse on getting it right with the thumb, and afterwards when you get better you can bind R1 to air roll right so when u stall, just after it click on R1 and it will automaticly level your car if u have the right timing.
    U can also learn to tornado with R1, dk if u have noticed but each and evey advanced player only airrolls to one side preferably so you can learn nice moves with only R1

      Any tips if I keep like jumping up again instead of staying low to the ground?. Am I just not doing the stick to the right/left at the right time? I get it sometimes, but other times I basically just double jump.

    • @vSharpYv
      @vSharpYv 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think I am just not pressing the right sick/air roll right and jump soon enough. I find the faster i press it right after the initial jump, the more I hit it. But its so hard!

    I used to know how to do this, now coming back to the game it will not work at all... checked all my controls but still no stall... WHY!!!!

    • @spixno529
      @spixno529 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Tranzector You’re not the only. I stopped playing a few months ago started playing a little in December and I was able to stall but now all of a sudden I can’t stall with my air roll right which was my main stall

    • @MoreHeresJohnny
      @MoreHeresJohnny 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      X what I did was plugged in my brothers ps4 controller on my PS4 and I was able to stall so try a different controller. It sounds stupid but it’s the controller I have :(

    • @spixno529
      @spixno529 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Tranzector it can’t be my controller cause I literally got a brand new one and tried but it doesn’t work. I mean sometimes it works but its really rare with the right air roll I’m only able to do the left air roll

    • @MoreHeresJohnny
      @MoreHeresJohnny 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      X I’m telling you I have a newer controller and it doesn’t work at all, I plug in my brothers which is an original controller that came with his ps4 and works perfectly... so idk what going on

    For real, really useful video kro, stalling is something I’ve been working on recently and I have been struggling, but I think this video may be what I need to figure it out.

    Thank you! I managed to do it thanks to this video. My problem is, apparently, if I dont press all the buttons at the EXACTLY same time, it doesnt work. Its like I must be EXTREMELY precise pressing the buttons at the same micro-nano-fraction of the second in order to work.... idk... maybe I should buy another keyboard. Any suggestions?
