    I just got an air fryer for Christmas. I can’t wait to try this. I’ve always wanted to make this but I’m afraid of deep frying

    Is that naem precooked?
    Also we make the balls slightly flattened like falafel to get more yummy crunchy bits:)

    • @KrazyKATRecipes
      @KrazyKATRecipes  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for watching! The nam sausage is cured and typically eaten as is so it's not cooked. You can cook it but it will change the recipe because cooked nam tastes different (in my opinion it's not as flavorful when cooked). As for making the balls slightly fatten, that's a great idea for crunchier texture! Thanks for the idea! ❤

    One of your shorts called for cold rice, which would you recommend more newly cooked rice or cold rice? Thanks for sharing your recipes!

    • @KrazyKATRecipes

      @@laknal4455 either one is fine but I prefer the colder one because it's more "dried" out and won't be as mushy. 😄 Thx for watching my video! 💕

    Hello, I want to ask if this can be achieved by baking the balls instead of using air fryer or tradition deep fried?, please let me know thank you!! :)

    • @KrazyKATRecipes
      @KrazyKATRecipes  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sorry, I have never tried baking it before so I don't know how it will turn out. Please let me know if you try it! 🙂

      @@KrazyKATRecipes ohh thanks for letting me know.. I've never made this before, but I will try your way first with the air fryer. Once I get better I'll explore the oven option! :) Thank you!! :)

      @@mrs.rebecca.k the traditional deep frying in oil is always gonna be the best and tastiest way to make this but I like having the option of making it in the air fryer for "healthier " way to make it! Hehe... hope you will like the recipe! 🙂❤

      Yes, you can bake these rice balls. The term “air fryer” is a fancy way / “brand” of your typical convection oven. Someone got smart and made millions by calling and renaming convection oven into the INFAMOUS air fryer/ NuWave fryer, etc...
