I made Nam Khao for the first time a couple weeks ago. Turned out pretty good. Looking for different takes on it. I like this version.

I wanted to try a different recipe. Don't tell my mom but this one was amazing. I did 2 things differently but I followed everything else. My added was I love lemongrass😍. I added to the rice ball and 2nd change was beef🥩 not pork. 100% going to use your recipe again❤!!!! Ty Gigi👍🌸
