Yes sir, u r correct. My husband diagnosed with bad cholesterol when I m using refined oil. After diagnosed I changed oils to sesame oil for cooking and for deep fry I use groundnut oil. After 2 years we checked again he doesn’t have cholesterol 👍👍👍

Sir do vatha kuzhambu. That too in traditional method only not adding onion, garlic, tomatoes, coconut. Vatha Kuzhambu is mostly abused by adding the above. Please prepare only using vathal like manathakkali, sundaikai, avarai, okra.

Same here. Normally we roast the red chilli as well in the dry roast ingredients. Also corriander seeds missing from the dry roast list. Probably this is a slight variation from typical iyengar puliyodharai
