To save people time:
Posture is important:rest
Push tongue against lips as you hum
Release jaw tension,place tongue on roof your mouth while hum while opening and closing jaw
When I hummed with mouth opened, I keep yawning😂

Quick tip use mouth wash and gurgle it in the back of your throat to relieve a cracked voice it doesn’t completely get rid of it but it helps a lot

Tried the fifteen minute free video. The after was more breathy but it didn’t seem as tight as the first time I sang it.
