As a non-technical Scrum Master this is pretty spot on.

This is a brilliant video! You deserve much higher viewings and more exposure! Although this is just you talking, I found it very enjoyable, it's almost like talking to you over coffee! Well done!

    Thoughts/Points on a Twenty Legged Horse: th-cam.com/video/xocoOyKajPs/w-d-xo.html
-Origin of Thought: Horses connected to Thought
Stems from Genghis Khans Conquest west in which western religious thought metaphorically connected thought to Horses
In continuation, Horses were hence connected to thought as “work horses”
So the legs represent aspects of a person’s thought, in this case we are looking at twenty legs or twenty ways of a person’s thought.
-Orgin of Thought: Sleipnir (Norse Mythology)
Stemming from the Norse Mythology as mentioned “Sleipnir” or best of all horses, the thought referenced as mentioned is saying… stated plainly:
your looking for the best of the best (Lord) of all Horses rather than just looking for what you need. As the representative on this video explained also and got to towards the end of the video, in any matter this 20 legged horse would hold quality traits, abilities, and attributes that wouldn’t want to take on a position listing everything you absolutely possibly need… So presenting enough information to challenge the scrum master, but allowing enough space for the scrum master to step back reflect and be who they are at the same time.
To help/try to explain more, in modern literature the closest connection to “Lord of all Horses” is out of J.R.R. Tolkien’s “The Lord of the Rings, Part Two, The Two Towers” (Coincidently the same origin of this company www.bunnypicnic.co.uk or where the thought may have originated) in which Shadowfax in the theatrical version is “Lord of all horses” with a white horse with green backing on the Rohan Flag [white horse “Christianity” connection and green for earth from the elemental signs of birth]
If we dive into these connections just as an exploration of discovery… we find in “Christianity’s” spiritual book (library) the “Bible”. That in revelations the Character of Christ returns on a white horse. Prior to this event the writer John mentions a Beast with 10 horns or 10 ways of thought/thinking. Also, grasping the earth elemental sign from earthly elements we get Capircorn, Tarus, and Virgo arising along with the Wu Xing elements also known as the five elements, Five Phases, Five Agents, Five Movements, Five Processes, Five Steps/Stages, and the Five Planets of significant gravity: Jupiter, Mars, Saturn, Venus, and Mercury correlating to Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water {the inner planets, as the Earth, Sun, and Moon treated separately}. To get to the point, Earth is the changing point of matter… Earth is a balance of both yin and yang. Earth brings metal or incorruptibility. To get to the earth, most plainly you would need wood to combine or go though fire. One could in fact plainly combine these two ideas (Christianity and Taoism/Daoists) in symbolic connection to a person of wooden birth being forcibly or willingly thrown through/into fire… hence creating earth or balance.
To explain the yin/yang connection/relation this could be a marriage connection (due to max individual thought of 10 found anywhere in mythological or none mythological, or scriptural connection to date) of when two people becoming married… the 10 thoughts of the other combine or cup-able with thee other causing a doubling or combination to create one being or one horse, or in our case one twenty legged horse balanced 50/50 between the partners of the marriage (10 Male+10 Female){Further explained in conclusion}.
    Conclusion
Mythologically symbolizing per the thought presented that you are not just looking for a scrum master your looking for thee scrum commander. “1 and a million” combinations (metaphorically speaking) if all statements and descriptions are drawn accurately due to many varying factors, most forwardly the doubling factor as most influential turning point in creating 20 thoughts, in which the marriage would need to be one male, one female for reproduction purposes/emotions, no prior sexual engagement, and they would have to have a yin/yang balancing composure. This would therefore mean that you are not just trying to hire 1 specific individual with 10 thoughts you are in fact trying to hire the individual and there partner married with 20 thoughts or in fact a 20ty legged horse, and typically you only end up hiring one individual for a given position whether or not they are married.
    Explaining Norse Mythology Connection
8 legged horse is a foreshadowing of the four countries that set sail to explore the unknown world {Spain, France, England, and the Netherlands} and there heads of state each with two legs but many thoughts. [Odin always rode Slepnir to Hel or Iceland so they would have had to cross a body of water towards the west] Mythology or not, it is an explanation or rationalized description towards answering if your scrum master should be technical?

This is nonsense you are describing the job of a technical lead.
