Just a quick follow to say thank you sincerely Natalie for more than 30 years of my most happy, joyous moments. So many concerts & just at home listening.. I will never forget you. Bless you.
I love Natalie Merchant.
"Break Your Heart" wow wow..... You just can't find artists like Natalie and many from that time.
Natalie can really bring the Blues! She still has a first rate set of pipes even today. From sounding like a young mother singing a lullaby to a newborn to a sultry Roadhouse singer...
Natalie can sing it all. I really would like to hear her cover the Peggy Lee standard "Fever" with her current voice. Natalie Merchant remains one of my all time favorite female vocalists, song writers and live performers. So good.
And that you have done Natalie…
Beautifully aged with grace in every way.
Thank you.
She has such an enchanting way of moving on stage. It's like she's weaving a spell upon us all. Lovely and gorgeous lady with the song to reflect that within her entirely!
I love how she is always over by the guitarist helping him with the backup vocals. Almost like a protective mom giving her son the confidence to let loose. Every video of a live show I’ve watched with this band lineup, she is always over there. It’s pretty cool to see. I got to see her live at a concert in Kansas City. Soooo glad I got to see her live.
I wonder if he’s her boyfriend or husband I met Natalie after a show and he was very protective of her ❤️
Dammmn! Great...stellar..beautiful....transported to another world...wow!
This was filmed in 2002, and at the end she says she planned "to age with grace", and she sure did accomplish that!
Mind-blowing - "This house is on FIIIIIIIRRRRRRRREE!" @ 16:20 - Best ever performance of this song
Sooooo good.
@@TheKavvz OMG... amazing.
I've never really liked the song - until now!
So glad I stumbled upon this performance. Serendipity...
Oh my that’s so fun to watch. I love Natalie!
Queen Natalie 👑
its amazing how talented and gifted she is. great live performer too. my fav of hers is carnival, candy, trouble, these days, wonder
RE: interview at the end. She did exactly! what she said she was going to do. Sure glad she did.
Natalie Merchant is on fire throughout this concert, be it only five of her hits! Thank you for uploading the event.
Sky sounded. Amazing. Great Job. Lady.
Hadn’t seen this since it aired. Awesome. Thanks.
I love you. Thanks. You. ...
Awesome
20 years ago this year. Wow
Cliche I know but...There is nobody like this woman.
It's obvious, but it still has to be acknowledge: this is a more polish vocal wise Natalie Merchant. She sounds completely different from the last years she performed with 10000 Maniacs, especially the 1993 MTV Unplugged. You wouldn't think this was her who sang in that band.
Thanks for uploading this, I love Natalie's Gifts. ❤
The band is so tight! Woo-wee
A;llison Miller on drums, no?
THANK YOU so very much for sharing. I think is is about the greatest channel on all of TH-cam. That is Natalie herself and I shaking hands at our first meeting 1999 after I presented her a full bouquet of polished steel roses. I hope ONE FINE DAY my little Natalie-Anne can meet her namesake......Oh please.
:) our daughter also named Natalie for same reason.
Palabras. Tristes. Eres. Hermosa.
in short...thank you..
5:05 she was trying to get the guitarist to laugh 😂
My Band. Dogs. Songs. Sings.
Great hair. Lady. 🐇❤️ happy. Today. CoraOn. Corazón 💓
Break Your Heart sounds a bit like The Beautiful South
We're u in Schenectady
Mi. Make. Amor. Vives! Rocoso Dúrcal! Mi amor. Jamás. Mueras. Otra vez. Sería. Triste. Sad. Me encantas. Amor.
Do you have the entire Balcones Fault Austin City Limits concert from 1976, which is off of Bob Sokol's Facebook page?
Too damn short.
15:39 Е мае!!! Wooooowwwwwww! Its no less then MetallicA and Led Zeppelin!
i miss Natalie looking and sounding like this. She embraced her age too much
What does that even mean.
@@TheKavvz she's only in her 50s but she stopped making herself pretty. You know how pretty Natalie was during her 20s to 30s. She stopped putting makeup and she let her white hair that way. That's what i meant
@@unknownunknown7393 I see. She's about to turn 57 and I'd say she's got nothing left to prove. Everyone ages my friend. I also think she shows her age really well; much better than others who had toured around the world for decades.
I saw an interview Natalie did back in the early 90s (or maybe late 80s?) and she said her goal was to retire from music by age 30. So she obviously had no interest in staying popular.
She looks unhealthy.
You? Are amazing. New eBay. That. Willy G!
MorrisA. More TishoA!
I did..
Seat?
No. OkU. Okay. Pretty face.
Her music got so boring after early 10000 Maniacs.
