    I'm a pharmacist at a hospital and at our facility, we provide mommy packs that have lanolin nipple cream, benzocaine spray for the perineum, and hydrocortisone for hemorrhoids

      @ElainaxStrongerSpEd I'd also recommend bring a written out list of meds you take and any allergies as well as your preferred pharmacy. We have to check all those things with patients and we hate bugging mommies in labor for it. For any meds, we need the name, strength, and how often you take it. If you have it all written out, you can just give it to your nurse and have them get it to pharmacy.
