    I really needed that right now, the past days I just have been so unmotivated and lazy I didn‘t really knew what to do anymore so I was really struggling but now I feel so inspired to start tomorrow in the possible way🙌🏼💘

    My three words i say everyday before work or busy days are concentrate, focus ,deliver repeated three times to myself. This stuff really works. ❤ ❤..... your morning routine is pretty bad ass , alot of self reflection and self love from within 💕 thank you for taking the time to make this video very positive and inspirational 😊 ✌ 🤙

    This was so so helpful, thanks for all the journal prompts, I always struggle with what to write if I don't have a particular intention, this was awesome.     I live by fresh air and endorphins first thing in the morning. It's such a refreshing way to begin the day. Also, side note: its a great hangover cure on those few days we indulged some the night before.

    Sami you should try Your Healthy Fix protein powder, it has digestive enzymes and it does not mess with your gut (I have IBS and I literally feel the smallest thing). It's from Belgium but the owner is moving to LA soon.
