Sadly the building was Demolished. To make way for. New flats and shop . I do Recognise a few of the traders . Who are Retired or sadly passed away. I remember Park in the Walthamstow centre And Mini golf course. Next to it 1970s to 1990s So much has changed the Especially the culture To days Where a Street carnival once a year will go down the Walthamstow market. On a Saturday. And cart boys which collected stalls and also Brought them out. Started 02:00 morning The Nosie was unbelievable towing up to 20 or 30 stalls at a time .. It be a A pleasure watching the video.
My mum used to drag me down the market 45 years ago....I hated it....I love it now though....it has changed a lot in the last 20 years ....I like it...
