@@baronvonsnazzy3355 Yeah I was really wishing they were going to spend more time on the different guns and what was interesting and different about em. I also wish they had spent longer doing that Gun PIG challenge, trying different firearms and giving Jake a better shot. It would have been cool to see them do it long enough that he lived up to his potential a few more times, aside from just that .86 draw and pop at the beginning. Dude can shoot : )
I second your sentiment btw, I love 1911's though I understand that the small mag size means in a real firefight they're not ideal, and that crazy stippling, mag extension/assist, barrel porting, etc etc has to add up to the price of a used '02 accord in decent shape lol

I think an ex military against a police officer would be interesting or a sport shooter.
anthony secondi sport shooter would kick both their asses. Military guy doesn’t equal hardcore gun master. Figured out that personally.
Or a UK armed officer vs a US police officer. The American one would have to be swat or something because our armed police are fucking pro's, they're the only good police officers we have but they're bloody good 😂
Military hits targets with m-4’s from 300-500 meters, police officers just do mostly close quarters pistol marksmanship if I’m not mistaken
Daniel Clark the US officers have to pass a physical test and as they run after doing a lot they receive a gun and have to hit their targets police officers here are also really good FBI agents are a lot better though they have a test in the dark etc.

I really enjoyed how Eli was having fun with the guys. Usually you see videos with professionals who are extremely serious or just give you the impression they don't want to be dealing with people filming a video.
That Eli guy is pretty cool, a fair amount of boast and humbleness. A good dude he is. 👌

When I was in the army, we learned to shoot off-hand, and of course, as dumb recruits, someone asked why we had to. The shooting instructor casually said that you can't always assume that you'd even have a right hand to use if things got bad, and as long as you still had a left hand, you'd wouldn't want to die from lack of shooting back when you still had a working left hand and an operational firearm.
That gave most recruits a pause and made them appreciate that real life is nothing like a video game - things could really hit the fan if things went wrong in the field.
I kinda wish this was more common, as I was never taught to shoot off hand in the Army. But yeah, all we were told was that as long as we were cognizant of our body mechanics, sight picture, and fundamentals, we should fine.
That said though, I did have a buddy who helped me get a handle on handgun firing at the local range off-base (stationed in Maryland), as my only experience was firing the Beretta M9 once during an FTX. Dude is one of my best friends and like the only guy I can have a gun debate with and it remain civil (He's super pro guns, I'm kinda meh)

Owen Bunny I actually have pretty small hands for a 14 year old, but if you apply correct lock and pressure points it works. It’s still definitely an advantage having big hands. I run a G17 gen 5.
