- IIT में पढ़ने वाले छात्र हर साल प्लेसमेंट सीजन का बेसब्री से इंतजार करते हैं. एक समय था जब IIT में पढ़ने वाले सभी छात्रों का कैंपस प्लेसमेंट में ही जॉब पक्का हो जाता था. लेकिन अब IIT के कैंपस प्लेसमेंट में गिरावट दर्ज की जा रही है, जो कि बड़ी चिंता की बात है.

This is impossible .As IIT means packages in crores .like India cannot survive without UPSC officers so also America cannot survive without IITIANS .MNCs are running and spending sleepless nights in IITs to hire IITIANS with higher and higher packages for their survival .Even without IITIANS technical activities of world will come to a stop .so job is not a problem for an iitian due to superior brain, talents, knowledge, STEM SKILLS, intelligence, expertise, and technology compared to other country counterparts .

यह सब नोट बंदी का कमाल है।
IITIANS ka review kuch aur hai aur report kuch aur hi bol rahi hai. Iska matlab jo humne iits ke liye ek jobs dene wali factory ka mindset bana rakha hai wo change ho raha hai. Wo aaj ke samay different fields ke exposure ko experience kar rahe hain aur unme interest dikha rahe hain. They are getting into bureaucracy, politics, innovation, research, startup, higher studies,etc. Placement which was major priority of IIT students is loosing importance due to saturation level in IT jobs. So we should analyse it with multiple perspectives before saying ki india me jobs bhi nahi hai isliye IITians ki job nahi lag rahi

There is no high pay in research it requires core interest and these people who entered iits/nits only went there to grab money (that 2 crore ka package) not for interest. Nevertheless,its not thier fault they were told from thier childhood by parents, neighbours,relatives,coaching teachers that iit gives you huge placement.

There is no government jobs in India so everyone is running after prestigious degrees this creates se pressure and also competition government is irresponsible. We only see from government side there use advertisement political rallies youth is destructed from education employment quality of life
