Sir,many students prefer to study abroad (which is a concern) as research facilities are much better there.Besides some of the profs are Nobel prize winners.India has a long way to go as only IISC is world class yet it's far behind in rankings.I agree IISC is better than IITs and only top IITS are worth considering over IIsc if you're interested in branches like CSE,aerospace, and ECE.
to me, making teaching a multi million dollar bussiness is a concern, atleast education and healthcare(2 most important thing) are free in the EU
