    Just got 2 x A7V, I am SUPER HAPPY.
    Don't forget to upgrade the firmware with AControl
    To answer to a question below, I have a main switch for all my studio ; no clack when you turn it ON/OFF so it is not a problem to leave the A7V always on

    Hello again...I watched your other video where you review the A8H speakers. In your opinion, should I get the A7Vs with a subwoofer or A8H speakers without a sub. I know you are the right person to ask this so I would really appreciate your input here.

    Serious question, You guys turn off your monitor every time you turn off your rig? I dont get that pulse thump when my pc turns off so i get it if you do, but i never turn off my monitor. But would like to know . Thanks

    • @ju1ceaudio

      I turn them off everytime but dont get a thump.

    • @nambams
      @nambams 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Definitely helps to protect them in case of surprise thumps or power issues. Leaving monitors on all the time is fine but can affect their longevity into the future by wearing out the caps quicker. YMMV but it might make a difference in how clear your monitors sound 5 years later.

    Hi, great video - thank you. I am ordering the A7Vs - so exicted. Would you please tell me what model is your Samsung curved monitor? I also need to purchase one of these and Samsung is a brand I like.
    Do you prefer working on just one larger monitor? Instead of 2 monitors side by side? I use Pro Tools my 27" monitor is getting old now. Not sure what to do - should I get 2 x 27" or 2 x 32" monitors side by side or just one wide monitors like yours!
    Thanks again and Cheers from Toronto.

    These Adam A7V specs look pretty good too except around 700 hz where it varies 6db.

      @@ju1ceaudio Thanks for letting me know. I really appreciate it. What would you think the best way to match the volumes for both left and right so that they are equal? Having no steps in the volume knobs makes it so difficult to know if they are matched. I really am thinking to upgrade to the A7V or possibly the A77H. Subbed!

    • @ju1ceaudio
      @ju1ceaudio  17 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yeah it does suck tbh, stepped are way better forsure it hard to match the volumes if you accidentally touch it behind the speaker. Thanks!!

    How do you compare the A7V to your ATC? Is soundstage depth comparable? Also write something more about the comparison with ATC. Best regards! 😊

    • @ju1ceaudio
      @ju1ceaudio  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey great question, I try not to compare much with those atc in my videos because it wouldnt be fair. Atcs just have a natural soundstage but it is very wide.

      @@ju1ceaudio Which speakers are more 3D in your opinion? Adam or Atc? 🙏❤️

    • @ju1ceaudio
      @ju1ceaudio  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Well, adams are less effected by the room. Atcs dont have a wave guide so they spill everywhere. I would say adams are more 3d only because the wave guide. But if your room is well treated the atc will beat it.

    • @nambams
      @nambams 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It is an ENTIRELY different price range so it's not a fair comparison. This is like comparing a Mercedes B-C class to a Rolls or Bentley. Not the perfect analogy but you get the idea. ADAM is class D wtih built in DSP ($800 USD each), ATC are all analog class AB with minimal sound adjustment ($13000 USD/pr).

    • @ju1ceaudio
      @ju1ceaudio  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Yamaha are great for producers forsure, they have a lot of bass and fun sounding. But for mixing alot of people say they don't translate as well and the tweeter is really fatiguing.

      I just compared them in store, the Adams were superior in clarity and low noise. I was a little surprised by the difference. The massive on cost for me is worth

  • @Dreza_official

    Bro in between. the Adam a7vs , focal twin 6 and ATC SCM 20 or 25, if u had to pick one for the studio to have it as your main monitors to listen and for mixing which one would it be? idk spending 8-10 k is really worth going with arcs or just stick to Adam or maybe an upgrade to focal 6s

    • @ju1ceaudio
      @ju1ceaudio  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Dang thats a big range haha. I would try them first bro. The atcs could sound like crap in your studio and a cheap set would be better. Crazy how much your room makes or breaks a set of monitors. I will say get avantone mixcubes forsure though. Those have made the most improvement in my mixes.

      I am going to help you here. I was just at Vintage King and I listened to about 30 pairs of monitors. I am coming from an older set of Genelec 8050A and was thinking of an upgrade. I was so impressed with the A7v I was really blown away! I used to own a pair of A7s back in the day and didn't like them, no bass and kinda fatiguing (Genelec NOT so) They fixed all this. I listened to the imaging and detail of a number of speakers today and these where next to some 7k a pair speakers. The Genelec 8331 where unbelievable, but those are 5k a pair. At the price point I do not think you can do better than the new A7v. Just my thoughts.
