UK Heavyweights, Soul & Quill came together to take on the top UK two-on-two team, Shuffle T & Marlo.

This is what Prem battles needs to be, this felt the most Don't Flop anything has since about 2015.

Great point! This did remind me of Don't Flop at its best. It was nostalgic watching it. Don't get me wrong, I like what PL battles are doing but Don't Flop just had something unique about that no league will ever be able to match. It's why for me it was the greatest UK battle league ever. This battle was quality though. I wish it had more views.

@@courtneygardner64 The short end of the story is that basically Eurgh was being a prick and shafted Cruger out of £10k he was owed plus a lot of other issues. Also Eurgh and Bagnal didn't like each other. So cruger, Bagnel and Eurgh went their separate ways basically. Eurgh is still occasionally putting on DF events but they are shit compared to what they used to be. Liam and Cruger still film and edit battle events.

Is it wierd that I get emotional watching this? Don't know whether it's the love these folks have for Pete cashmore, the sentiments of the bars themselves or how the whole thing just makes me miss the old don't flop days and reminds me how we are all getting older.

I'm going to throw it out there and say Shuflo are probably one of the best battle rap acts ever. If you think about how consistently good they've been since they've started. They definitely have a place in the rap battle hall of fame.

Shufflo are really something else man. I really wish that they would be appreciated not only in UK but also the rest of the world especially in US. URL should invite them on the next double impact event and let them perform a compliment battle. This may be an evolution of battle rap where not everything around battle rap is all about being violent. Laughter is also part of the entertainment.
I’m American and they’re my favorite battlers man. It sucks there aren’t many platforms for them now

Shufflo just hit one of the best schemes of 2019. That "thank you Jed / Thank you battle rap" thing ended up being mighty and touching. Great shit from both teams. I love compliment battles.
