@@rahulaju7868 The law should do its job. We shouldn't give youtubers the power. Ofc scammers shouldn't be able to go on scamming people, but many youtuber are pretty buyable so I understand why mrwhostheboss lost in court. The law still failed here probably.
Most likely it was a C&D, and most people comply with these letters just to avoid conflict, legal fees, etc. C&D's have no legal value, and are more of a "GIVE ME THE CONTROLLER OR ELSE I'M GOING TO GO TELL MOMMY YOU HIT ME".

One other warning sign is that if you see like a counter on the website saying: "Mr Beast just brought this, Ms Estonia just bought this" it is a scam

In 2016 in spain a company called Zetta was founded promising flagship phones at entry level prices also partnering with Dolby or JBL in the sound department even gaining media attention... They were just Xiaomi Redmi 2 and 3 with stickers and custom ROMS (this led to xiaomi hardening the bootloader unlock requirements) and the sound stuff were mods ported to any android. Some even were just changed the boot logo and left MIUI
Dolby and JBL should have made an example out of it
Lol … I did the research last year when the same company was selling a fake Mamuut jacket … for those who don’t know Mamuut is the greatest winter clothing brand of Europe and sells costing from 300 euros to 1200 euros … I was able to find all the links that MrBoss found … I forwarded them to the Mamuut executive and they basically brushed it aside 😂😂😂 ..

Its a pretty common sales tactic, and it was in the U.S. back when I was a kid in the 90s. U.S. business buy's from a plant in a different company, becomes a distribution/technical expert in their country, and becomes a "middle man" marking up the device for profit. Today however, the reason for the name change, is to hide reputation and obfuscate issues. The worst part is, the engineers in that plant in the other country? He wants to give you quality. The business man running the company? He demands cheap garbage from the plant. The internet? learns the plant's product name of the device and says "that company is garbage" In their mind, NO YOU ORDERED garbage, you demanded it. In the foreign's plants eyes, They sold a cheap affordable product by DEMAND. They don't want to be held accountable for the business man price gouging. They have the skills, and tech to produce a great product. They want to sell it to us. They get told no, give us cheap. Many of their engineers are quality people.... anywho, this is illegal in the U.S. Its called fraud. For large scale fraud? Its not safe to make a video about it online with your face and name. Report it to online marketplace, if they do nothing, stop using that marketplace and use trusted vendors. Amazon is very good about handling this, I bought a fake SD card, they sent me a real one, and that vendor was gone. Don't shop on scammy websites people.

I always have a call from indian (undeniable accent, even which country they are born) asking me to update my profile in my bank account. Asking me a lot of details.
The only mistake Arun made in this whole video was saying the guys name. He probably got his with a copyright strike and took it down. Thats why now Arun will tell us about new scams and dodgy companies but will never mention who owns them anymore.
So presumably this is some sort of account that dredges up old stuff to get clicks. Well done, well done.
