She refused as it would "give the Democrats a win". Project cost tax payers $350,000+ and Elaine Chao sent them ALL to a landfill!! This is not a bad ass woman she is simply a BAD woman.

Would Madam Secretary ever consider as part of a dot safety bill talk with car manufacturers about car sensor alerting drivers that a passeger is left in the car. Sensor could show picture of car front or back and area is highlighted flashing and beep or verbal command upon turning off ignition. Other seat belt indicator flashes once the driver releases theirs it senses weight (Suzuki does this) and which side seatbelt is engaged. Car will not lock while seat belts are locked. Other would be to make a comfortable carseat for passenger side with that cushions for motion sickness by cutting sound, plush for comfort like memory foam insert linings (Victoria Victoria you tube) for help with children and preventative support for accidents in addition to rear carseats.
