  • Choose your hard…
There are two sides to every hard in life. When it comes to your health this is very true. If you choose to take action I can help you, but the choice is yours…
This post was inspired by a poem called Choose Your Hard by Keith Craft.

This is true, one my favourite quotes is if the price of winning is too high, wait til you get the bill of regret.

Its a hard life regardless of what we choose. Either be sore from being over weight or sore from exercise

Yes, true. However, I always push people towards the exercise course because it at least comes with so many other benefits! :)

You just gave two of the exact same statements and placed them against each other as if they were in disagreement.
“It’s hard to stop eating junk food” but “it’s hard to eat healthy” mean the same thing.
That’s like saying, “it’s hard to workout” but “it’s also hard to lift weights”
To make this work you need to have opposites so that it shows the comparison between two opposing concepts.
“It’s hard on our body to eat junk food” but “it’s also hard to eat healthy to stay in shape” would have been better

Hi Redrose03, while I appreciate the feedback, I think it still works. The term “junk” is inherently negative. Everyone knows junk food is bad for you, and hard on our body as you stated. So the bad part is already implied. It is good feedback though!
