Vakil sir my wife filed a writ in the High Court due to being pregnant at the time of physical examination in Rajasthan Police Recruitment and the High Court issued an order on 29/04/201 that one post of the petitioner should be kept vacant but our case is still pending. If it is pending till then what - 1. Whether the case will be dismissed due to long pending or not. 2. I am not in contact with the lawyer of the High Court but now I want to get the hearing of my case early, what should I do (the date of hearing is August 24)
I don't think that mere long pendency will result in dismissal of your case.
Anyways the date of case is 24th August which is not far away. I think you should maintain some patience rather than hurrying. And unless you have a very very strong reason for taking up your case even earlier than that date, your efforts to have it heard early may not be fruitful.
Wud appreciate if u cud suggest some good HC lawyer familiar with Maha Rera Laws to file Petetion for stay on vactaion granted by Maha Rera Appeal Tribunal

The high court Mumbai by order dated 26/4/2023 issued order to Respondent No.1 to 13 to file affidavit in Reply within the period of twelve weeks.the said period is expired on 19/7/2023.However no reply is filed by the Respondents.Thereafter, case was on the board on 25/09/2023,25/10/2023,6/12/2023,22/01/2024.25/04/2024, Next date of hearing is 02/08/2024. However, the Respondents No 1 to 13 failed to file the. Affidavit in Reply till today sir please guide us, what action is expected to be taken by the high court in recent time, how many period high court may waiting for affidavit in Reply from the Respondent.
