    First thing needs to do in any field is master your material/ facts. Compile your knowledge into step by step process and list what are the answers you expect. Then practice practice practice that will give you confidence.
    Practice public speaking which will help you overcome fear in any fear.

I am willing to find my feet at High Court Bench Aurangabad. Due to my average economical condition, I won't be able to do juniorship under the established Advocate in High Court. What should I do in order to practice independently in High Court?

    Sir, It is a great session. Can you also make a video on How to handle a civil case which involves Litigation where MOU and DA (Development Agreement) has some differences and builder is conveniently using only DA to his advantage. Hence some members are NOT signing the DA and NOT vacating their respective units. This led to civil suit filed by builder.
