PSA: Savolax and Karelia are both regions in Eastern Finland. Karelia and Caroleans don’t share a connection.
Incidentally though, Caroleans are almost as much Finnish as they are Swedish. The system drew from Finnish provinces as well.

They should add a card that highlights the Saami people of northern finland, or just add the whole country as a civ. From the U.S., finland is the only country ive ever visited, skiied across the country from russia to sweden

Guys i Definitely Loves the Finland Revolt , Provides tons of amazing cards and powerful units , and even can get access the Imperial Units , What a well design Revolt ! I wish other revolutions will get the same updates just like Finland did , Lets see~🥰🥰🥰
Finland always had potential it's just without Imperial units it was a waste of time. This is true of almost every revolt. You pay 3000 resources sacrifice your economy to get a bunch of mostly mediocre units (Peru excepted but even then) and you don't even get access to Imperial economy or units? I mean I get it's supposed to sort of be an all in but all in's suck from a gameplay point of view (either they win or they don't) and most civs have a better way to all in.
If I had my way, you get the choice whether or not to revolutionary your units, no more infinite forts because many revolts degenerate into that if you aren't going for the all in and all revolts have easy access to at least one imperial unit that can attack units (Imperial Howitzers for Argentina do not count) and one imperial economic tech. At least. South Africa gets all imperial eco techs and Imperial war wagons and doesn't sacrifice it's villagers lol... comparing Canada and South Africa's revolts is just sad. One doesn't get any Imperial stuff, the other gets three techs, a unit, extra banks! Ugh.

The one with the death hussars is one of the few where you feel like you get a unit worth your time/res. SA is batshit insane eco at all fronts plus very acessible imperial unit with no easy hardcounter because how tanky they are

the savolax jaegers shipment change the mercenary jaeger cost from 200c to 100c 100w and give them stealth, doesn't affect karelian jaegers...
is useful to sweden when you need skirms, for the finland revolt, not much, karelians do the same job pretty well
Yeah tried to make this work in 1v1 without being obnoxious with walls or blockhouses/towers with both Russia and Sweden. Either I win before I get to revolt because I beat their cookie cutter or I lose trying to do it.
never tried other than south africa revolts. looks really cool and finally are not only about desperation push.

Give me that HAITI REVOLT! It finally got the range of cards it deserves and I would even call it one of the significant revolutions irl as a following event to the American and French revolutions.
That one is a bit more difficult, but will figure it out!
@@lionheart9015 I told you already how :D. Pirates. Seriously, they are ridiculously busted and probably the cover mode with firing should be patched. The only issue is you can't all in it like most revolts because you need gold in hand to train the Pirates but with Fencing school or the Akan upgrade (which you can ship after you revolt), you can instantly train these busted things. Brits can use the terraced house age 4 card to retrain their villagers much more quickly so you can recover your eco fast but it still requires a lot of set up and like you know by now, you either lose while setting up, or they push and fail before you can do it. On the plus side if you do set it up, you only need gold for everything, pirates are coin only and so are Citizens.
Aside from Pirates though they are pretty crappy. The new cards didn't add much. Pickets (Guard Pikes but better) would be good if Gentleman of the Pike wasn't bugged and actually enabled Imperial Pikes. 60 food imperial pikes would get silly very fast.

Great game.. quick question tho,, why colors are the same for each team? Like you had blue and both your team yellow and the other team all red.. It was hard to tell who is who

It would've been nice if revolting would change all the voice lines to the language of the country you revolted with. I'm even willing to be a VA for Romanian and Russian quotes, lul :))))
I'd like the Romanian revolt to be better (it's got potential but tower revolts are ugh... however the cav archer angle would be nice) and yes, VAing for the villagers at least would be good.
