Kodak Tourist Broken Shutter Fix Attempt

This was an attempt to fix a broken shutter on a 1950s camera a couple years ago now. Ended up with a working shutter, but part of the settings were broken in the process. I think that part was already broken and was jamming the whole shutter, so probably best that it was taken out.
