Good job. Did I miss something? Shouldn't that circuit be GFCI protected? I did not notice GFCI receptacles or circuit breaker. Also a NCV is not an adequate receptacle tester. What about the neutral and ground? An in use receptacle cover would probably be better for outdoors.

The state you are operating, to what extent of electrical work are you allowed to do? In my state you aren’t allowed to add onto a circuit. You can only mess with what is existing already. I’m just curious
