    Good walkthrough and explanations! The only things this video was missing were examples of an actual service catalog item that references a service offering and opening an incident ticket that uses a service offering.

    Can you provide an example of a technical service offering that would be tied to a CI for incident management. I am not sure how to explain this to my team as an offering to include every CI in cmdb.

    Please please more examples - locked and loaded, like normal IT stuff, from server hosting (with VMWare) and OS mgmt, to the application layer support on top of that that is sometimes ITS (DHCP, Acitve Directory) and sometimes dedicated app support teams (SAP, etc.) but especially omg how to structure M365 and windows PC fleet management. This has to be basically everyone, right? :)

      This is still a really big gap (I realize I just posted this a month ago, but has been an outstanding question since before CSDM3 came out - really need some insight on this)
