NOTE: Videos were recorded before I had a TH-cam Channel - initially used for my Instagram stories. That's the reason for the close ups of my face - they were recorded vertically. That's the authentic footage I have and I can't change that anymore. Remember: I just started out with filming and cutting - its a learning curve and far from perfect! If you mind seeing my nose hair every now and then, I can highly recommend to skip this part of the journey and join again when I will publish my next trips after the country Benin with hopefully improved footage!
Hi got2go I like you show you trip and you show very nice you talk clearly and any country you go you tell us anything I like it I think you life very good and happy thank you for show us to watch and learn any way what is you nam thank you again👍👍👍

I follow you from Jordan.. Greetings to you wherever you are... Lea Rieck i like you 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍AKRAM JORDAN---FROM JORDAN
I'm liking your "format misadventures", that is the portrait vs. landscape shooting mode, as it is different. It also feels like a signature style. Glad to be on board and following your adventures, big and small.
Fantastic adventure trips. Myself when younger did some, nothing compare to yours. Amazing trips ,amazing people Travel like you do is a learning process.
I Marian just love ❤️ the sites and most beautiful people and beautiful landscapes, cultures and I love your awesome contents and you are amazing and beautiful too just saying Great job and you’re riding friend and support Nice 👍
Hello! I am just going through these series, cant stop watching! :D Lol @ slow ferry, next time, take one of the fast small ones hahaha :P I tried recording and editing as well, its so much work... but I will for sure keep to it :o) Thank you for sharing such a fantastic trip!
Kind of short and travel vlog type documentary, was expecting the channel to be more hands on offroad bike adventure type. I was looking forward to learn from your experience. There are enough travel channels with 1000s of drone footage. Show us your day, travel, hardships and authentic interaction with locals.
Sorry that you didn’t find what you expected - but maybe you are as well in a wrong illusion about what my travels are like. I never have the feeling of traveling being too much hardship and will not make it more dangerous or difficult than it is (which I know some other channels do as I have been to the same places and they make them sound like the most dangerous zones or crazy adventures on earth). Even though I for sure will film more on my next journey I still will not put a camera between me and every local I meet because I feel that in reality this takes away the real reactions of people and exactly the authentic interaction you are talking about - people just react different if they are taped (and as I don’t earn my money from traveling or these videos I will always put the authentic experience before recording amazing footage). And for the hands on off-road bike adventure: if you are looking for guidance how to ride a bike off-road there are as well better channels then mine. If you are looking for some more off-road riding experience in westafrica you might be interested in the next episode.
@@Got2Go Thank you for your reply, there is a misunderstanding. I did not ask for you to create hardships or get into dangerous situations, I would wish for the contrary. I just wanted to take part on journey, all of it and I felt like you did not show everything on your trip. But that is my subjective demand, others are very happy as I see in the comments. Sure, you cannot make everyone happy.
Thumbs up, great as always. BTW, would you mind making a review of your bikes - you have two of my preferred, Honda Africa Twin and Yamaha Tenere 700 - let us know how those bikes performs in Africa please! Thanks
Yes I thought about that - at the moment the bikes are in Africa without us though - and I thought for doing a review it would be better to have them to show things.
WOW the drone footage is brilliant! Love the Border Crossing Instructions, your sense of humour is the same as mine 😂😂 You forgot to tell Nora and JoJo to pass by the prison cells without being arrested though 😊 Thank you for sharing.
Have you passed through Sierra Leone yet? We run a village regeneration charity (roryswell.org) based in SE Sierra Leone, just off the trans-African highway, ( 7°24’39.02”N 11°24'29.21"W ) near to the Liberia border. I would like to invite you to visit and stay a few days, we have a small project center in Taninahun village, there are simple accommodation, friendly locals and an opportunity to meet and mix with real village life. You could see the farming, humanitarian, and regenerative environmental work we are doing and if you are interested in nature our guides could take you deep into the jungle and visit villages only accessible on foot. Great videos - really enjoying your adventure!
Oh that would have been nice but all the footage is from pre-corona times - so unfortunately we already passed through. That would have been so great - but I am sure we will at one point be back in Sierra Leone, really loved it.
She does this because it was recorded for instagram. And as we all know,in Instagram videos you hold the camera very close to your face so that you can see the pores of the skin. And if you do a shot on instagram where all people can see is your face and nothing else you say "If you look behind me you can see how big the Gambia is" Doh!
