Years ago I cleaned out my truck to vacuum it and clean it. I never put my first aid kit back. LOL Thanks for the reminder.

I would HIGHLY suggest taking out that old WWII first aid kit (There is an old bandage from the 40s and a pack of sulfanilamide inside). It won’t do any good, I would stick to the more modern stuff. I reenact WWII and I have one of those tins w/ contents and yea, not very pretty. BESIDES THAT. It’s a great kit

Old stuff like bandages are good to break out and train with. Probably all good to use, but yellowed or cruddy packaging doesn't set confidence in your pt. Gauze is cheap and hands on training is good.
I also rotate my emergency pack into my household one, restocking the medic bag.

Great kit man. Definitely like that smaller attachment pouch. I also like how the bigger kit is broken down. Great for triage style situations.

Love the bag. When I saw that smaller pouch I knew it was like I’m buying it lol.

Thanks, your vid made me go check out the house first aid box and found several things way out of date and missing a few items that are ususally there. Next few days will be going through the other bags. Have already replaced some of the Burn Free gel from a blog post I follow.

The bandage in the metal tin is actually from ww2 so i suggest you take it out and keep it as a collector item but dont use it cause it is too old
