Note : Buy rice rinser from amazon because it has holes on bottom which keeps water flow and has holes on upper side to drain excess water. Also try not to spend to much time washing rice in water because it will absorb the washing “tap” water. When you soak rice, you should use some bottled high ph water and soak in same quantity of your cooking water because you will use that soaked water for cooking.
