Optimizing The Drinks Station + How To Wash Japanese Rice Properly

The opening weekend went well but the drinks station needed optimizing, so Willin Low, a friend who's a chef in Singapore came to help. Also Shu demonstrates how Japanese rice should be washed and how sushi is sliced.
