Very nice diorama. Congrats, is cute that small scale. By the way I know why matte varnish is used for the final finish, but what is the difference between using matte or gloss varnish to protect between middle layers of paint???? (I have seen that some other modellers use gloss varnish for that middle protection between layers). Thanks.

Thanks! Either one works...Gloss is good when you want to apply decals to something as it allows the decals the slide easier into place... otherwise it's just to protect the paint underneath.
