All 7 of them make incredible music and have amazing personalities that work well when they in the group.
They say "you don't choose your bias , your bias chooses you" . Bias is like the person that always get your attention and the person that you relate to him the most. It's hard to pick mine is V but all the other 6 members are my bias wreckers . You can change your bias everyday you know there's seven days for 7 members 😂

To your question: “How do you pick a favorite?” You don’t. Many may agree with me, but in a group of friends I don’t favor one over the other either. With the boys, I love them all and each member resembles a different part of me. So I guess yeah, you can pick a favorite, but your favorite might change depending on the mood you’re in and the video you’re watching. At least, that’s what the pest seven years with them have been like. 😂💜

The Korean age system is different. Babies are considered 1 year old when they are born, and then they turn two at the next new year. So when Jungkook said he was 15 when he joined BTS, he was actually 13 in international age. He was 15 when they debuted in 2013. South Korea plans to change their age system to the international system, so recent BTS interviews can be confusing as some members will mention their international age, and others will mention their Korean age, but in international age, their age currently ranges from 24-29, with Jungkook being 24 and Suga and Jin being 29. Jin will turn 30 in December.
Jungkook joined as a 15 year old (Korean age), but 13 International age. He graduated middle school and high school there. Others also graduated high school while with BTS (Jimin and V), and all graduated college while with BTS. People fail to realize how much they do, how hard they work, both for BTS and for their personal growth.

JK was 13 y.o (international age) when he joined BTS (15 y.o by korean age system. When the baby was born they were 1 y.o, then add another 1 year after new year). So you need to reduce 1-2 years when they mention their age.

You seem like such an empathetic person and it truly is beautiful to see. And honestly, it is hard to pic favorites in BTS and I think that is also one thing that really contributes to their success and growth, the fact that they all shine in their own way.

Did you notice the scene with Jhope and Jin eating then Jimin came in... Jhope had hot sauce on his hands, but shook Jin's hand, then Jimin walks up and Jin wiped hot sauce on him 😂. I love how they are with each other. So cheeky 🥰
You catched "Young, Wild & Free". BTS made a cover/remix of the song, it's called "Graduation Song", so it's fitting they're singing it to Jin on his graduation celebration (he missed his actual celebration because of the band's schedule)

Namjoon changed his name from RapMonster to RM meaning Real Me. He is the 4th oldest - he and Hobie/Jhope are 94rs. He went trained with 8 other trainees that didn't make it or quit because they didn't want to be idols just rappers. It was hard for Namjoon to decide if he should be a rapper or an idol... and caused a lot of emotional stress you can hear in his early rapping. Then Suga and Jhope showed up. He has an IQ of 148. Because the others wore him out interesting for them the members started taking English classes. They all do really well now, especially JK. Suga during the break time is taking classes to clean up his English. RM is a poet and lyricist. He is the only member without a driver's license... still!!!! Maybe during the break, he will do it. The test is very hard and the other members and his father thought it would be best for him not to pursue it... before. He rides his bike everywhere. Suga - Min Yoongi - came to big hit to be a producer, they said he wouldn't have to dance ... it is now a joke. On his break, he has put a really busy schedule together to improve at dancing, English, health, and pilates. He has produced and wrote "That That" by Psy, and Halsey in America who sings with BTS on a Boy With Luv - he is very well known, remastered his own version of My Universe that BTS sang with Cold Play - they love him and BTS too. He makes meals for the team - good chef along with Jin. RM asked them to make him food because out of all of them with all his eccentricities he doesn't cook either. Suga said RM gets so focused on work that he doesn't eat. The best was when he come out with pigtails reminding us of the Squid Game series on Netflix from Korea. He sang the rest of the night looking like that big doll. He is so confident and is called World-Wide-Handsome or WWH. Korea has a beauty standard and it is bad for plain folks. They have examed Jin's facial features symmetrically and size - he is considered to be the most handsome man in the world per Korean standards. However, Taehyung/V was picked 3 times as the most handsome man in the world, in a lineup of western celebrities, etc. Namjoon, Taehyung, and Jin all have the last name Kim and they love it! Jungkook is fearless and eats all the time. JK loves, loves ARMY even has it tattooed on hand. He loves performing and BTS raised him from age 15 (is his Korean age more like 13 as they are considered 1 during pregnancy and then 2 on their first birthday. Korean is trying to change this, it gets confusing when they talk about their ages cause they give international sometimes and then Korean). He says he is a product of all seven of them. Taehyung/V very out-of-the-box guy, eccentric in a good way. He and Jimin went to school together and always covered for each other to RM when one would do something wrong. They also praise one another for their ideas. Jimin wrote FRIENDS which was featured in the latest Marvel movie. On one of their vacations together V wrote a letter to Jimin which left us all in tears. He is a visual/singer but wanted to be a dancer too so he took lessons. His so-called friend that he went to audition with bashes him online but the proof is in the pudding baby! Tae can sing all the parts there is no limit to his voice. Tae and Jimin have MBAs in Marketing and Entertainment - he has a lot of ideas that fascinate the team... Like "I purple you", "Borahae" and the rainbow analogy - it is epic and how ARMY identifies today. Jimin, Jiminah, Jimin... he so cute and what a dancer. His voice is so precious and he has the smallest features. Tae always compares his pinky finger to Jimins - it is so short. Both Tae and Jimin are fashion icons for companies. Tae is an ambassador for Celine and is in Paris today - the company has never seen anything like the turnout and the screaming. They all are ambassadors for Louis Vuitton but Tae is the most popular. This man can dance!!!! He is the kindest, cutest, and caring of the bunch. He loves Jhope they are best friends and have roomed together even when they didn't have to. Jimin bought his father a cafe, he owns apartment buildings and they all give to their own charities of choice. It's hard to believe but around the world, ARMY buys billboards, media ads, and Europe, Middle East, Russia, South America, and NY Time Square ads, to wish a happy birthday to each member. I mean every country or main city across the world. They go beyond the Beatles... never has there been a group so loved worldwide. I love them.

Here in the Philippines, there are constant army projects, especially during members' bday, bts & army anniversary. Even without celebration, army projects are there all the time. Feeding programs, donations to calamities, tree planting, etc c/o army. I donated to EAT JIN CAMPAIGN where they fed 100 street children last month. Bts is amazing. Beyond music, i fell in love with their stories and personalities. ✨

Yup RM have an IQ of 148 and he scored in the top 1.3% of the whole entire nation so his parents were very very against him for doing music and because RM is one of the main songwriters in bts, alot of bts lyrics have hidden meanings (most songs that is not the title song)
I love this intro because it does justice to each member. RM is my bias an sometimes I think intros tend to skip him or focus only of part of his role. This I think is very well rounded

Honestly you don’t have to have a favorite but if you do it’s usually the person that you remember first or can tell apart from the other members first but most armys are ot7 which means one true seven meaning they love all the seven equally and can’t choose a favorite also you can be ot7 and still have a bias my bias is jimin he was the one I would always be able to tell apart and remember his name when I first started learning about them also there’s this saying that once you jimIN you can’t jimOUT bc jimin has this effect that makes everyone fall for him no matter you gender your sexuality or anything jimin is just that man
Ah, RM was the first one I could reliably pick out from the others but I am Hobi biased. I think everyone finds their bias in different ways, including discovering that they're just OT7 sometimes
Bts always connect with army they dont attend after parties after the award shows they go back straight to their hotels and do Live to celebrate together❤️

I am so thankful my daughter asked me to watch & listen to them a couple of years ago. Our family now have BTS listeners from ages 4-89! They have something for everyone! Please check out BTS performance at the 2020 MMA LIVE, also I love the song & original music video "Save Me". The guys filmed it despite the rain. The "making of" video is good too. Favorite? You can't be made just when you think you have your bias, another member wreaks it. When I first discovered BTS about 4 or 5 years ago thanks to one of my teenage daughters, RM was my bias. Then I discovered Jimin, J-hope, Suga...they are all great in their own ways but together is where the magic happens. And BTS is best live. No matter how good a song or rap is, the live performance is so much better.

BTS’ music and performances are awesome, but mostly we LOVE the guys. They show us all the time how grateful they are to ARMY.
Every community has toxicity. Even communities of sports, games, movies and musics.
We can't deny that we also have toxic fans. But I've never seen a fanbase that charities, active, and organized as this bts army before. They're amazing. BTS is amazing. Appreciate your reactions.
I don't think it matters how long u have been with BTS/ARMY...they guys are so genuine that it's hard not to have a reaction like you did...now keep in mind, this is just one guide...there are several others that go a little deeper into not only BTS, but ARMY as well. You should check out XCeleste and her guides. Especially about ARMY....
Suga once said, when you, yourself first watch or see BTS for the first time, that is when they debuted for you. So that way everyone can feel that they have been with them from the beginning.
Let me give you a little more info that not a lot of guides tell you. And this goes for all of Korea, not just k pop. First off the family name is extremely important in Korea. That is why the Last Name goes first, than their given name. So if they were in the west it would be Namjoon Kim, or Hoeseok Jung. Which honestly doesn't sound right for some reason. Secondly, their ages. And they have done it this way long before the Korean War, keep that in mind. You will actually very rare see them actually say their ages...usually it's the year they were born...so you will see the 95 lines or 00 line. The reason for this is that in Korea, along with a couple of other cultures, they believe that the 10 months of gestation is the first year of life. So when they are born, they are born a year old. Than at New Years they add on another year, still don't know why for that one. But it depends on when in the year you were born, so the people of Korea are all one to two years older than everyone else. And if you went there they would ask what year you were born and add on the extra two years. So say you are 23 in western world, in Korea you would be 25. There is a reason why I am telling you this. Korea just voted a new president in office. And for the first time in like 80 or 90 years he has decided to get rid of the Korean age system and go with international age system. He is saying because 1. It's time, and 2. It's just easier. However, some Korean fans (as well as international fans) believe it's because of BTS. In Korea the men have to do 18 months of mandatory military by the age of 28, unless you have been given the award you saw them recieve at the beginning of the video. Then they can postpone till 30. In which Jin will hit in December...its a big deal right now in Korea. Everyone is sit on weather they should go in. The guys themselves have said many times that they will go in whenever called for it...the government is just scared of losing the income they bring into the country...which is a lot. Korea's top 3 G.D.P. is 1. Hyundai 2. Samsung 3. BTS. So you see...big deal right now...which is why I think for their off season...Jin has said he will be last to put out a solo project. Maybe cause he is going into the military....
I know this was a lot of info, and ARMY if there was something I may have missed or got incorrect, please correct it...I don't want the wrong info to go out...and please keep in mind what I said at the end is my opinion...and if there is something that needs to be corrected yet, all I ask is be nice about please....being degraded or torn down because I made an honest mistake doesn't feel good...that's all I ask...thank you.

The stupidest thing that haters say to us Armys is that "Why are you obsessed with those boys? They don't even care about you." And then comes the boys in question, who adds the Wembley Young Forever Fanchant at the starting of their new song "For Youth", where they express their love for Armys.... It is hard to pick a favorite! They're all so talented and wonderful people. I relate most to Taehyung and Yoongi but adore them all, separately and together. The perfect team because they work so hard at it. Their differences balance out so well. 💜
Not sure if you're aware: The part where Jhope was crying when receiving an award, he made a speech about thinking of leaving the group. He was going through a tough time, receiving A LOT of hate from people. He thought he wasn't worthy enough... So sad 😭 .
But look at him now!! HE IS A LEGEND 💜

I think Taylor did a REALLY good job with how comprehensive her video is. But yeah, to learn more about each member, watching their shows like RUN BTS and Bon Voyage are definitely a good idea.
