I also only learned about them about a year ago now, so they might be pretty new to the watercolor game but they are an affordable quality brand and Lord knows we can always use more of those 😊 Let me know how you like the paper, really curious to see if you like it.
I'll have a gander at those paints! I did kind of put myself on a watercolor paint buying stop. Unless the paint is a color I really don't have anything close to... Let's see if I can resist the RS colors that you mention 😊
i hope you enjoy your new supplies! My watercolor work has drastically changed with the inclusion of granulating and color separating paints, especially from Roman Szmal. Misty Morning is lovely and so atmospheric :) My other favorite is Shadow Violet
I was doubting getting the shadow violet but then someone reminded me I already have enough paints to last me a lifetime so I should probably save my money haha
Hi, I was wondering if you are a fellow Dutchie. I recognized the bag and the writing on it. If so, where did you buy the RS paint? I love the swatches... And now I kind of need the paint 😁
Hi! I did buy this paint in Holland. Kunstburg in Doesburg, which is the very best art shop imo, carries the RS paints. It's quite new to their selection which was already vast. They really carry a lot of good and interesting brands and keep up with the latest updates in the art world. And they also have a webshop, yay!! If you get the paints from them, it would be awesome if you let them know you found them through my channel 🤗 I'm not sponsored or affiliated haha but who knows, I might be able to work with them in the future if they know I exist 😂
I had never heard of the RS paints before ... the granulation is so beautiful. The papers look great - I found the verona green on Amazon - thank you!

Thank you for sharing... I love RS Misty Morning... just gorgeous!
Right?!🤩
RS mineral violet is another beautiful granulating color. So is ocean blue.
